Frequently Asked Questions

How is TG EAPCET 2026 rank calculated?+
TG EAPCET rank is based on your normalized marks out of 160. Normalization adjusts for difficulty differences across exam sessions. Higher normalized marks = lower (better) rank. Tie-breaking uses subject-wise marks order: Maths/Biology → Chemistry → Physics → Age.
Is this predictor based on official data?+
Yes. This tool uses the official Normalization Marks vs Rank Band Width data released by the Convener, TG EAPCET 2026 (JNTUH), covering TG EAPCET 2024 and 2025 results.
What marks are needed for a rank under 10,000?+
Based on 2025 Engineering data, 65+ normalized marks placed candidates within rank 9,226. So approximately 65–70 marks is needed to stay under rank 10,000.
Can I use this tool for Agriculture and Pharmacy stream?+
Yes. Toggle to Agriculture & Pharmacy stream to get rank bands for that stream. The bands differ from Engineering due to different candidate pools.
